COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
The current Covid-19 situation is causing delays to sourcing and shipping some orders. This affects standard shipping and express shipping. As always our team will do our best to get you your gear as quick as we possibly can, thanks for bearing with us
Our introductory offer for Shipping is free for all orders!
Yes, you read that correctly, ALL orders have NO shipping charge, Australia wide!
We also will offer a capped $20 EXPRESS shipping option to boot!
Dangerous Goods: We are unable to ship items that are considered to be ‘dangerous goods’ at this time. These include some sprays and cleaners, oils and batteries. Should you purchase any of these items for delivery, we will be in contact to organise a click and collect or suitable option for you
Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours ( 9am – 5pm ).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Delivery time is subject to the availability of stock from our stores / suppliers, and delivery time may be extended if the stock is only available at our more remote outlets.
How do I track my order?
Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check updates on its progress. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may receive a tracking number for more than one parcel.
Can I pick my order up from you?
We now offer ‘Click and collect’ at all AMX store branches Australia-wide. This can only apply to orders which the stock is available at your selected store for pickup. Any orders which are not available at your selected store will need to be posted to you.
Will all the parts in my order be shipped together?
Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries. We will provide a tracking number for each order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
It is possible to change or cancel your order, however this we will need to be notified asap, as we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment (during business days). Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with any necessary modifications or cancellations.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage AMX only ships to Australian postal addresses.

Is Click & Collect a FREE service?
Yes – Click & Collect is FREE
Is Click & Collect available at all stores?
Yes, all AMX stores have click and collect facilities.
Can I return an item in store once I collect my order?
If you change your mind and decide to return item/s, you can return to any of our stores for either a refund or exchange.
Are all products available for Click & Collect?
Most items are available for Click & Collect but there are some exceptions. Click & Collect will be shown as a delivery method on the product pages and at checkout if it is available for your selected items.
How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
We hold Click & Collect orders for 20 calendar days you receive your collection notification. If you do not collect your order within 20 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.
Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?
Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring: A copy of the order collection notification A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection
How does Click & Collect work?
Choose your products online and add them to your shopping bag then Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout Select your store for pickup You will receive a collection notification email or SMS – normally within 4 hours of placing an order Collect your order in store Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID and collect from the Service Counter
What happens if items in my Click & Collect order are out of stock?
Sometimes, items in your Click & Collect order maybe out of stock at your selected store. As we don’t want you to miss out, we’ll look for more stock. Depending on your preferences at checkout, we’ll either; Deliver the missing item(s) to your address at no additional cost, if we can locate them, or deliver them. - Or - Refund (due to its type, some item(s) are not suited for delivery)
