Can I change or cancel my order?
It is possible to change or cancel your order, however this we will need to be notified asap, as we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment (during business days). Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with any necessary modifications or cancellations.
Can I pick my order up from you?
We now offer ‘Click and collect’ at all AMX store branches Australia-wide. This can only apply to orders which the stock is available at your selected store for pickup. Any orders which are not available at your selected store will need to be posted to you.
How do I track my order?
Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check updates on its progress. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may receive a tracking number for more than one parcel.
Will all the parts in my order be shipped together?
Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries. We will provide a tracking number for each order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage AMX only ships to Australian postal addresses.
I just got my order and something is damaged/faulty/wrong. What do I do?
Please take any damaged, faulty or wrong products to your local AMX store, along with a copy of your tax invoice, for an exchange, store credit or possible refund (You can use your order confirmation email as a tax invoice in necessary) If you’re unable to visit a store, please use our Contact us page to get in touch with our customer service team. Can I return my items?
We can only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
Do you price match?
If you find an item at a better price we will do our best to price match, provided the item is available in stock at the competitor store and that the store is within Australia. Terms and conditions apply. Head over to www.amx.com.au/pricematch to view full eligibility information.
Do you offer gift cards?
You can purchase a gift card online at www.amx.com.au or from any AMX store branch Australia wide. Choose the value of the gift card from as little as $25 up to $500, redeemable in all AMX stores and on the AMX Superstores web store.
Do you accept afterpay?
At this stage AMX only accepts ZIP PAY online and in store
Do you do Layby?
AMX does not offer layby. We have ZIP available as a payment option as this is like a layby, but customers are able to take the goods and pay them off through their ZIP account.

What do I get for becoming a VIP member?
When you join our VIP club you will receive many benefits including special prices, access to exclusive competitions and shopping events, and receipt-free warranties (receipts for every purchase made using your VIP card are kept on file for future reference).
